In a groundbreaking move, BMW has unveiled the first-ever M3 CS Touring, seamlessly blending high-performance engineering with everyday practicality. This limited-run model, set to commence deliveries in March 2025, offers enthusiasts a unique combination of power, precision, and versatility.

Performance and Powertrain

At the heart of the M3 CS Touring lies a 3.0-litre M TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder engine, delivering an impressive 550 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque. This powerplant propels the vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h in a swift 3.5 seconds, with an electronically limited top speed of 300 km/h. The engine's design incorporates racing-derived technologies, including a rigid crankcase and a forged lightweight crankshaft, ensuring both durability and high-revving capability.

Chassis and Handling

The M3 CS Touring features an Adaptive M suspension system, allowing drivers to tailor damper characteristics to suit various driving conditions. With settings ranging from COMFORT for daily commutes to SPORT+ for track-focused performance, the vehicle offers a versatile driving experience. The M xDrive all-wheel-drive system, coupled with the Active M Differential, ensures optimal traction and dynamic handling across diverse terrains.

Design and Aerodynamics

Aesthetically, the M3 CS Touring distinguishes itself with exclusive design elements. The exterior boasts exposed carbon fibre components, including the bonnet, front splitter, and mirror caps, contributing to both weight reduction and a striking visual appeal. The frameless kidney grille features black model lettering bordered by a red contour line, a design cue echoed in the model badging and roof spoiler. For a motorsport-inspired touch, the LED headlights emit a distinctive yellow hue, reminiscent of BMW's GT racing heritage.

Interior and Technology

Inside, the driver-focused cockpit combines luxury with performance-oriented features. Electrically adjustable M Carbon bucket seats, upholstered in a unique Black/Red Merino leather, provide both comfort and support. The M Alcantara steering wheel, complete with a red centre marker, enhances the sporty ambiance. Advanced digital interfaces, including the latest iDrive system, ensure seamless connectivity and intuitive vehicle control.

Production and Availability

Production of the M3 CS Touring will take place at BMW's Munich plant, alongside other M3 variants. This special edition will be available in select markets, including Europe, Australia, Japan, and South Korea, with Germany being a primary sales region. Enthusiasts can choose from exclusive paint finishes such as British Racing Green, Laguna Seca Blue, Frozen Solid White, and Sapphire Black metallic.

The BMW M3 CS Touring represents a harmonious fusion of racing DNA and everyday usability, offering a compelling option for those seeking performance without compromise.
