Race Haus is the operator of (https://race-haus.myshopify.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
***Import duties: Due to Brexit, some product may incur import duties, we (Racehausltd) are not liable for any import duties. You will receive a separate delivery note from courier instructing payment before you receive your order. Please be assured on products you pay import duties you do not pay VAT, VAT is removed at checkout. If you have any queries please check the government guidelines in regards to import tax in your respective country.
At Racehaus we want to be as clear and open about our business. We “source” the vast majority of parts on our website, some of the parts are made to order but most are available off the shelf from our warehouse or the manufacturers and distributors we work with.
When available we have access to stock feeds and notifications which help us display accurate information on a products availability. These are usually updated daily, so please check back for up to date information on stock availability and lead times.
Some parts we source that are advertised on the website come from overseas suppliers, our focus and reputation is built on supplying high end performance parts from the best manufacturers of street and race products across the world. Lead times differ from product to product, for an approximate lead time or if you need a part urgently we recommend contacting us prior to purchasing through the website.
At our discretion we may choose to drop ship your order directly from a UK supplier, this includes the transfer of personal data for the purpose of completing your order efficiently as set our in our privacy policy
General:
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, box dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase at checkout.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of shipping goods both domestically and internationally, these rates only serve as an estimate and are reviewed by us regularly to make sure they are as accurate as possible. The rates are subject to change without warning by our couriers, resulting in a shipping uplift needing to be paid by the customer in some cases. We will contact you if this is the case and aim to minimize this cost as much as possible. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Covid-19:
Due to the current outbreak of Corona virus worldwide, processing orders may take a little longer than usual. Alongside this, the couriers we use, Royal Mail and DPD are expecting higher volumes of parcels, meaning there may be some delays or longer wait times on deliveries than usual.
All delivery times are estimates and Race Haus will not be held responsible for delays. This also extends to Next Day Delivery options.

UNITED KINGDOM
Delivery times usually take 3 to 7 Working Days and 4 to 7 Working Days during Peak Times for Regular Shipping. Please note Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are not classed as working days and orders will not be sent out or delivered on Bank Holiday and Public Holidays.
Orders placed before 2pm for Next Day Delivery will be sent out on the same day Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday for Next Day Delivery will be sent out on Monday. Please note Next Day Delivery is a working day service only, deliveries will not arrive on Saturday & Sunday, this also extends to Bank Holiday and Public Holidays.

During the festive period please expect deliveries to arrive slower than usual. Even though we are super-efficient with getting orders packed and ready for couriers we are dependent on 3rd party delivery agents. As you will expect couriers can become over stretched in such busy times, we thank you for your patience in advance.
