Orderd from uk to Ireland, products made in uk and shipped to Europe or Ireland don't have customs charges, but I was charged with 405eur custom charges and if i denied delivery these charges shall be paid by sender(racehaus) so either way there's no escaping them, seller used UPS, UPS is the worst and the most notorious delivery guys, i contacted ups and Ireland customs to prove my product was made in uk so these charges can be removed, but both pushed the blame on each other and after 3 attempted deliveries, package is automatically sent back to sender, so time was running out and i couldn't risk loosing this 1500pound wheel for 405euro customs, ups were the customs broker, their late replies, incompetence, calling them is useless, they'll say we are not responsible and cut ur call, I hope the same happens to them when they are in need, they think they are authorised mafia, be aware and avoid these rats!! Ups virtual assistant will connect to usa only, outside usa it's upto whoever ups wants, lastly after pack got delivered I got hold of ups customs email after repeatedly asking ups office in Ireland, and guess what no reply from customs ups, legally robbing thieves however hard u try to escape, Can't scold them enough. Fedup with these DHL FedEx and UPS rats. If I knew seller was using ups i would have changed it, well lesson learnt, don't do the same mistake I did.
