The Milltek BMW F90 M5 Pre LCI OPF Delete Mid Section dramatically transforms the sound of your M5's 4.4l twin-turbo V8. By bypassing the factory OPFs, this mid-section offers a cost-effective way to improve your vehicle's exhaust sound.
Milltek Sport exhausts are crafted from high-quality type 304 aircraft-grade stainless steel, which is anti-magnetic and less susceptible to discolouration compared to other manufacturers' stainless steel. This premium material is used throughout the entire construction, including pipework and silencers. Mandrel bending ensures full-flow bends for improved gas flow, and Milltek Sport exhaust systems feature an increased bore for ultimate performance without sacrificing mid-range torque. Every Milltek Sport exhaust is designed, developed, and manufactured in-house in the UK.
Please note: You will need OPF delete cables or a stage 2 tune to run this mid-section.
