Proudly designed, developed, and hand-finished in the UK by skilled craftsmen, each Milltek system is constructed using aerospace-grade type 304 non-magnetic stainless steel. This superior material resists discolouration, offers exceptional durability, and is used throughout the entire construction of our pipework, silencers, and associated hardware.
Our mandrel bending technique ensures constant radius bends for optimized gas flow, while bore diameters are meticulously expanded over stock dimensions to guarantee ultimate performance without sacrificing mid-range torque. Every Milltek exhaust system undergoes a thorough acoustic development process to produce a sporty, crisp tone without causing NVH, drone, or cabin resonance.
Crafted from the highest quality type-304 aircraft-grade stainless steel, this system offers significant weight savings compared to the factory exhaust and includes an OPF/GPF bypass for enhanced performance.
Featuring black quad tips for a bold appearance, this exhaust system does NOT require any cutting of the standard exhaust components.
